£120 is the total price for one 90-minute session, for 1 person or a small group of up to 3.

We come to you anywhere in London Zone 1, or we can arrange a Zone 1 training location. Travel within London Zone 1 is included. Any venue-hire costs will be agreed before booking.

The 60-minute consultation takes place live on Zoom.

One free Street Smart Survival Pen per booking, not per participant.

UK postage is included. Outside the UK, additional postage may apply; we'll confirm it with you before dispatch. Postal orders are dispatched every Monday morning.

Gifts and vouchers already bought keep the session length, price and terms shown when they were bought.

1. 1. Choose your session or gift. Pick the in-person session, the Zoom consultation or the pen, for yourself or as a gift.
2. 2. Pay securely. Pay by card through secure Stripe checkout in your gift basket, then download your gift voucher straight away; or send your basket to James by WhatsApp or email.
3. 3. Arrange your date. Message James on WhatsApp Business or email to agree a date and time that suits you.
4. 4. Receive personalised coaching. Your session is built around you, including your routine, your concerns and the skills you want to feel confident with.

• Please book your session within 12 months of the date of purchase.
• Session dates are subject to availability.
• If your booking window is coming to an end, please get in touch before it expires so we can help you find a date.

• You can reschedule without charge if you give at least 24 hours' notice.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't attend, we may keep an amount to cover our actual direct losses. This is never more than the price of the booking, and is reduced by anything we save by rebooking or reselling the slot. It isn't an automatic loss of the whole booking, and your legal rights always apply.
• We may agree an exception with you, for example if something unavoidable comes up.
• If James has to cancel, we'll offer you a new date or a refund.

• Gift lessons are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Contact James to arrange your session within that period.
• Gift box included at no extra charge when requested at checkout.
• Buying a gift? You can ask for a physical gift voucher to be sent by post. UK postage is included; outside the UK, additional postage may apply and we'll confirm it before dispatch. Postal orders are dispatched every Monday morning.
• Voucher artwork shown on this site is an example only. A blank or copied voucher isn't valid; vouchers are issued with their own reference only after a paid order. After a card payment, the personalised voucher can be downloaded from the order confirmation page; for WhatsApp or email orders, ask James for your voucher.
• The person receiving the gift arranges their date with James in the same way, by WhatsApp or email.

• Bookings and gift vouchers are non-refundable, always subject to any cooling-off period and your other statutory rights.
• If you buy a session online and it hasn't been scheduled yet, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you ask for your session to take place within those 14 days and then cancel, we may deduct an amount for any service already provided.
• The Street Smart Survival Pen is a physical product with its own separate return rights (see Pen returns).
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

• If you change your mind, you can normally cancel your pen order within 14 days of receiving it. Please let us know, then return the pen unused and in its original packaging. How return postage works is still to be confirmed.
• UK postage is included on pen orders. Outside the UK, additional postage may apply; we'll confirm it with you before dispatch. Postal orders are dispatched every Monday morning.
• If your pen is faulty or not as described, you have rights under consumer law, including a repair, replacement or refund.
• Paying by card? Enter the delivery address at secure checkout. Ordering by WhatsApp or email? Include the address in your message.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
