Your information, kept simple

• Your gift basket (which items and how many) is saved in your own browser so it's still there if you come back. It contains no personal details, and you can clear it by emptying the basket or your browser storage.
• Gift details you type in the basket, such as the recipient's name, your name and personal message, stay in the open page only. They're never sent to us or saved, and they disappear when you close the page.
• This site has no accounts or logins, and it doesn't send any form you fill in to a server.

Enquiry buttons, the retreat interest form and the cancellation form open a ready-made message in your own email app or WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you press send there. When you do, we receive what you chose to include, usually your name, email address or phone number, and your message.

• We use it to reply, arrange sessions, handle gift vouchers and cancellations, and keep records of bookings.
• If you ticked the optional box on the retreat interest form, we may also email you news and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• We don't sell your information.
• We keep messages only as long as we need them for these purposes and for our records. Specific retention periods are to be confirmed.

Messages you send are held by the email or WhatsApp services you and we use, under their own privacy terms.

• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your device's IP address when the page loads.
• Our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the site.
• Links to YouTube, YouTube Music, Instagram, WhatsApp, Zoom and the Concrete Collective store take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.

Card payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Stripe collects your card details, email, billing details and the delivery address for posting your pen there; this site never sees your card number. James sees your name, email and delivery address in his Stripe account so he can post your order and arrange your session; the address isn't shown on this site. We only send Stripe the items and quantities in your basket, and whether you asked for a gift box. Gift names and messages you add to a voucher stay on your device and are never sent. Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email james@concretepr.co.uk.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
