Passed! Muay Boran Teacher Khan Level 11 (Kru) (Red + White Mongkol) 📦 ✅ @luktupfahmuaythai @wmbfmuayboran @krumuaythaiassociation

That was hard. 10 days of intensive training with some of the best coaches in the game. Learnt a lot. BIGGUP Kru Bpu and Kru Ton, absolute 🥷 🥷 DONS! Loved every second. 🫡🫡🎯🎯 @komkrabi @kru_bpu

Took my first Muay Boran class just over a year ago and was instantly hooked, carried on training in Koh Phangan and back in London with Kru Nuat over the past few months, with regular practice in the gym and with the teaching from Bpu and Ton everything has come together nicely. Feeling 🔋 ⚡️ right now.

Looking forward to incorporating some of these moves into our syllubus plus being able to teach and grade up to Khan 8 level. Thanks to everyone at Luktupfah / Bank / @tunnl323 / Grand Master Woody / all the other Kru’s who shared knowledge and wisdom.

The journey continues.
